Orders taken by telephone on 0845 226 7138 are sent out in within 14 days dependent on time of year and if we have the products in stock. Internet orders for these products can take up to an extra 14 days after processing. If you want something urgent ask - we may be able to comply !!!

What is the availability of goods?
Most products are x-stock and are despatched the day receipt of payment, products out of stock can normally be despatched within 28 days often very quickly

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
All goods are supplied with a no-nonsense 30 day money back guarantee. If any product supplied fails to meet your expectations return it to us in unused, unopened, saleable condition complete with packaging within 30 days and we'll refund your money in full less postage and packing costs.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time providing that the goods have not been despatched. To cancel an order phone 0800 0699690 stating the order date and your name and email address and order number.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Delivery will normally be made within 14 working days following payment of order. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday. There will be no despatch on bank holidays and orders received on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
